Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scheduled and real-time integrations using industry-leading middleware.
• Build and manage API connections, ensuring seamless data flow across internal systems.
• Work with enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, HR systems, and analytics tools.
• Implement best practices for system synchronization and automation.
• Leverage message queuing, caching, and API management frameworks.
• Develop integrations utilizing scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Groovy, or other relevant tools.
• Handle complex data exchange scenarios, including XML, JSON, and CSV formats.
• Implement security protocols (OAuth, SAML, etc.) to ensure secure data exchanges.
• Manage the deployment and administration of integration platforms.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, optimizing performance and scalability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 3-4 years of experience in integration development.
• Certification in a leading integration platform is preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working with Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks in integration projects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project tracking tools.
