Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scheduled and real-time integrations using industry-leading middleware.
- Build and manage API connections, ensuring seamless data flow across internal systems.
- Work with enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, HR systems, and analytics tools.
- Implement best practices for system synchronization and automation.
- Leverage message queuing, caching, and API management frameworks.
- Develop integrations utilizing scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Groovy, or other relevant tools.
- Handle complex data exchange scenarios, including XML, JSON, and CSV formats.
- Implement security protocols (OAuth, SAML, etc.) to ensure secure data exchanges.
- Manage the deployment and administration of integration platforms.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, optimizing performance and scalability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
- 3-4 years of experience in integration development.
- Certification in a leading integration platform is preferred.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working with Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
- Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks in integration projects.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and project tracking tools.
